Preparation is based on the condition of the home and may include cleaning, scraping, sanding, repairs, caulking, elastomeric crack treatment, and priming. The exact work is documented in your proposal.
What paint products do you use?
We recommend professional coating systems suited to each surface and exposure. Sherwin-Williams Duration and Emerald Urethane are among the premium products we may specify when appropriate.
Is the work warrantied?
Yes. Our workmanship is backed by a two-year warranty, subject to the terms of your project agreement.
